The Navrachana International Model United Nations 2011 was the maiden venture of NISV. The seventh conference was held on 31st August and 01st September’2017 at the school premises. MUN can be called a mock session of United Nations, clearly depicting the flow of debate, discussion of crucial international matters, the ideal diplomacy and important matters on international peace and security.
NIMUN-7 was attended by seven students from Chanderbala Modi Academy. The teacher in charge was Mrs. Deepali Vallecha who addressed the elite gathering with reference to the defined topic. MUN is something that is beneficial in every way possible. It talks about building self-confidence and being bold, talks about leadership and influencing skills, talks about socialising and conversational skills. MUN keeps the students up to date with what is going around them throughout the globe. It increases their learning capacity, understanding capacity and memory. The most important thing being that it really makes the students mature and changes the way how they think. At MUN, they meet people with high intellect.

. The participants had a first-hand experience of the complexities of International policy, Parliamentary procedures and resolution formation. The participants got an understanding of the world and the role of their nation in International affairs.
The best position paper award was bagged by:- Ishita Chandra of class IX A.
Aikya Shetty of class XI C, Rosemary Kurian of class IX B and Aryan Choksi of class IX B received special mention from the Secretary General and the Deputy Secretary General.
Students received stupendous acknowledgment.
